Ordered pizza the other night, and they charged me twice. I had called to ask if they could refund one of the charges and was more than willing to give them all of the information and the awful manager blew me off and said there was nothing she could do about it. I work for a bank and am around the department that deals with debit cards so I know that there is in fact something they could do to help. Manager said that I needed to wait 3 to 5 business days before I could try to get my money back. I said that I would come in on Monday since it will have been 3 business days. Manager said no you need to wait 3 to 5 business days. Monday is 3 business days. I will NEVER order pizza from here again due to how awful the manager was and how she handled the situation.

The first couple of times I ordered from here it was "Ok". The last few times I ordered from here the service was better and the food was better. I appreciate the courteous service i.e. friendly staff and prompt delivery. Based on my experiences with this Pizza shop, I will order again and I will recommend!
